About: Kristen has over 20 years’ experience as a fundraiser for nonprofits spanning arts, education, climate justice, labor, and policy. In that role, she has served as a project director, producer, writer, designer, thought partner, trivia host, coach, emcee, illustrator, gallerist, web and game designer, and tech support. She has helped raise over $20 million.
Kristen holds an MFA from the University of California, Irvine, where she received the MacDonald Harris Award for Fiction and a travel award from the International Center for Writing and Translation. Her fiction can be found here.
